Section 4 of the IPS Roadmap describes IPS Work Scope Considerations. This is a working paper for September 21 web conference. Please comment on the clean version of the document.

Hi Paul, Luc-
Here is the output from the meeting yesterday.  I have two versions of the document; one redlined and one clean with all changes accepted (but comments still in).  I don't know what you guys think about distributing both, or just the clean version.  I thought the redlined one was getting a little hard to read.

I would propose sending both versions but saying that additional redlines and comments should be made on the clean version, and the redline version is for historical purposes.  But I am open to suggestions...once we decide then Paul, could you please send them out to the distribution?
