[IPS_Aero] IPS Subcommittee Working Papers for March 28-30

Dear IPS Subcommittee participant:

I am pleased to circulate working papers for the upcoming IPS Subcommittee meeting to be held March 28-30 at the Interisland Terminal Conference Facility - HNL. These papers will be used in the preparation of ARINC Project Paper 658: Internet Protocol Suite for Aeronautical Safety Services - Roadmap Document. Many thanks to the Section Editors for their excellent and timely inputs.
