The attached Excel file contains updates to the gap analysis spreadsheet per inputs that I received since the last AEEC IPS meeting.  The file includes the following tabs:
*       README - background and overview of the Excel workbook taken from the text in A658 Appendix D
*       IPS Gap Analysis 12-JUN - "clean" version of the gap analysis <--  input to the June IPS meeting
*       IPS Gap Analysis 12-JUN_changes - "redline" version of the gap analysis highlighting the most recent changes.
*       IPS Gap Analysis 11-JAN - the version that was the output from the January IPS meeting.
Hopefully, we'll have time to review and update the spreadsheet during the IPS meeting in TLS next week.  Then after the meeting, I will create a PDF version, as I did last time, that can be posted on the AEEC IPS web page.
