The attached files (redline and clean versions) contain updates to PP858 Sections 1, 2, 3, 6 and Attachments 1, 2, 3 for review during Meeting 10.  Both files contain the same embedded comments for further discussion during the meeting.  Thanks to Tim Bauge (Thales) for spearheading the completion of Section 2 so that that material could be pulled into this integrated document prior to the meeting.

Also attached is a joint HON-COL-BOE working paper that was presented during ICAO WG-I last month.  It contains proposed changes to Doc. 9896 for accommodating ACARS-based applications using the IPS Dialogue Service, and it serves as a companion to PP858 Attachment 3, ACARS to IPS DS Convergence Function.
For the meeting next week, I'll have an update to the IPS Deployment Scenarios, and time permitting, we can review the latest version of the Gap Analysis spreadsheet.
