Dear IPS Subcommittee Participant:

On behalf of ARINC Industry Activities and the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) I am pleased to announce the IPS Subcommittee meeting to be held June 25-27, 2019 at ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The purpose of the meeting is to develop ARINC Project Paper 858: Internet Protocol Suite (IPS) for Aeronautical Safety Services. See meeting details attached.

Please confirm you attendance to Mr. Guray Acar (Guray.Acar at esa.int<mailto:Guray.Acar at esa.int>) before June 12.

I would encourage you to book your hotel sleeping room immediately as June is a very busy travel period in The Netherlands and Noordwijk hotels will fill quickly.
