Paul,
The attached files (redline and clean versions) contain the "merged" PP858 document including Sections 1, 2, 3, 6, Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4, and Appendix B.  Both files contain the same embedded comments for further discussion during the meeting next week.  The clean version, which will serve as the starting point for Meeting 11, is also posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint.
During the meeting, my recommendation is to prioritize review of the following sections:
*         Section 3       --> Significant updates, new material, and quite a few comments.
*         Attachment 4     --> A new attachment that aggregates text from other draft materials.
*         Attachment 3     --> Reorganized/edited to address comments from the last meeting.
*         Appendix B       --> A new appendix with new informative material.
The other sections/attachments in the merged document are in good shape with relatively minor edits since the last meeting.
