The attached file contains the "merged" PP858 document - Sections 1, 2, 3, 6, Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4, and Appendix B - with updates based on discussions during Meeting 11.  I've resolved most of the editorial comments, including recommendations to re-organize some of the sections.   The document is also posted on the AEEC SharePoint.
Participants are welcome to provide additional inputs/comments by CoB Friday, 8-Nov, and I will incorporate those inputs prior to the 12-Nov telecon.  I'll coordinate with authors who agreed to revise specific sections (e.g., QoS).
