Hi Paul,
The attached file contains the PP858 Terminology presentation discussed during the telecon.  In this updated version:

  *   Slide 2 – Reflects the telecon discussion
  *   Slide 3 – PP858 IPS System Diagram updated to reflect the terms on Slide 2 – for review.
  *   Slide 4 – Proposed definitions for to-be-defined terms – for further discussion.

In addition, the second file contains a one-page graphic showing the various logical connections depending on the IPS Deployment Scenario (i.e., the placement of the gateway).  Since there was some discussion regarding the gateway’s role, I thought this might be a useful high-level summary.

I am updating the PP858 working draft, and I plan to post an updated version later this week – I’ll let you know when I do.
