Many thanks to Mike Olive and all those who provided inputs to the latest draft. Details are provided in Mike's note below. Keep in mind that Mike is unavailable during the upcoming week Aug 10-16.

The next monthly web conference will be held Tuesday, Aug 25, starting at 0700PDT, 1000EDT, 1600CET. The purpose of the meeting is to review Draft 2 of ARINC Project Paper 858: Internet Protocol for Aeronautical Safety Services - Technical Requirements. ARINC will formalize the draft soon, circulating on AEEC Letterhead, and posting it to our public website. Technical content will be identical.

Hi Paul,
The PP858d1-08 draft document - both redline and clean versions - is posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint.  The clean version, PP858d1-08_20200807 (CLEAN).docx, is intended to serve as the basis for DRAFT2 since all changes have been accepted and resolved comments have been removed.  The following bullets summarize the notable changes in this version, and I recommend that these sections be shown as bold blue text in DRAFT2:
*         Section 3.3.2.2 (and all subsections) - IPv6 Address:  New text since DRAFT1 based on the latest ICAO WG-I addressing scheme.
*         Section 3.3.6.2 - Mobility and Multilink Signaling:  New text since DRAFT1 based on ICAO WG-I Mobility discussions.
*         Section 3.3.7 - Coordination with External Comm Manager:  New text as of this version.
*         Section 4.4.1, 4.4.1.1, 4.4.1.2 - Crypto Key Management:  Section reorganized and text updated since DRAFT1.
*         Section 4.4.2.2 - Security Logs: New text as of this version.
*         Section 5.4 - Dual Stack:  New text as of this version.
*         Section 5.5 - Host vs Router: New text since DRAFT1.
*         Attachment 4, Section 4.10.1 - Change FlightID: New text as of this version.
*         Attachment 4, Section 4.11 (and subsections) - Key Management: Updated text as of this version. Ties in with changes to Section 4.4.1.
All of the other changes are primarily editorial or expansion/clarification of existing material.

The attached PDF file contains the sequence of events prior to Meeting 15, and as shown, it will be important to have DRAFT2 ready prior to the August 25 telecon so that we can make subsequent changes starting from that baseline (with all of the embedded comments in the clean version intact).
The attached Excel file contains the updated action item list, which can be filtered to show just open items using the down-arrow cell B3.  It also contains a new Column J, which identifies actions that have a key dependency with another SDO.  Thanks to everyone's active participation, we made EXCELLENT progress since the last meeting.
As a reminder, I will be unavailable 10-16 August, so if there are any questions about the document, I delegate to you, Greg, and Luc. =)
