Mike Olive has prepared a completely integrated version of ARINC Project Paper 858: Internet Protocol Suite for Aeronautical Safety Services - Technical Requirements.

This document, both clean and redline, is available for download on the ARINC SharePoint site:

Paul,
The fully merged PP858 (pre-M13) draft document - both redline and clean versions - is posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint.  With almost 200 pages and more than 120 figures, the Word files are roughly 11MB each, so I didn't want to risk sending them in this e-mail in case large attachments are blocked by your mail servers.  The attached PDF file is an update to my document assessment.
If I receive any additional comments and/or suggested changes by 5 March, I will incorporated them into the version for the meeting.  Otherwise, the clean version will serve as the starting point for Meeting 13.
