Paul,
An update to PP858 DRAFT1 is posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint as PP858d1-03_20200518.docx.  This version includes the following changes:

  *   Sections 2 and 5 – Updates per the comment disposition discussion and agreements during the last telecon.
  *   Section 3.3.2.2.1, Global IPv6 Address – HON-proposed updates based on the Doc. 9896 amendment proposal regarding addressing that was presented/discussed during the ICAO WG-I meeting last week.
  *   Section 3.3.6.x, IP Comm Manager – New introductory paragraph and updates to sub-sections provided by HON.
  *   Section 3.4.2, VDLm2 – Editorial updates for consistency with changes in Section 5 (e.g., replace Orange with IPS-over-AVLC).  Updates have been socialized with the section author.
  *   Section 4.3.2.3, Rate Limiting – HON-proposed updates to make the rate limiting text algorithm-agnostic.  Updates have been socialized among AIR, BOE, COL, HON.
  *   Attachment 2, Terminology – Additional updates per the most recent ICAO WG-I telecon and terminology working paper.
  *   Attachment C, Ground Systems – Additional text updates from COL-IMS, primarily in C.9.x.  ALL figures in the attachment have been updated for terminology consistency.  Airtel provided significant comments, which are included in the attachment.


Similar to the last telecon, I will have a summary file that can be used to discuss/disposition the next batch of comments and open issues.
