Paul,
I apologize for the delay in getting the post-meeting materials posted.  The PP858d2-02_20201005 (Post-M15).docx draft document is available on the AEEC IPS SharePoint along with the action item list _AEEC PP858 RAIL (d2).xlsx.  In this version of PP858, I've accepted the redline changes that were discussed/agreed during the meeting, and the current redlines reflect changes made during and after the meeting. As a result of meeting discussion, two new subsection headings have been added, along with associated actions to provide input material:
*         3.6 A-G IPS Management Application - New main body section intended to provide an overview of the application, as a companion to the message formats described in Attachment 4.
*         4.3.1.3 Cryptographic Services - New main body section that describes the DTLSv1.3 services (auth/integrity vs. auth/integrity/encryption).

This week, I plan to reach out individually to authors with actions in an effort to obtain inputs for discussion during the next telecon.
