Notable changes in the attached file include:

* Section 2.1 - New intro text that refers the reader of Part 2 to the IPS Overview/Context in Part 1, Section 2
* Section 5.2.2 - New subsection that describes CM's role in addressing
* Section 5.3 - Expanded primitives table, which is referenced by state tables in Section 5.4 to minimize duplicate text
* Section 5.4.x - State tables updated to reference table in Section 5.3 to minimize duplicate text
* Attachment 1 - Updated to reflect only the acronyms used in Part 2 of the multi-part specification.

The attached Excel spreadsheet may be used to provide comments and suggested resolutions. Reviewers are asked to identify themself in Columns B/C and indicate the version being reviewed in Column D/E, which I have pre-populated to reflect the attached PP858P2d0-01 file. Comments are due NLT 26-Feb.

Thanks for distributing this information to the AEEC IPS participants.
Mike
