In preparation for Meeting 17 next week, attached are the latest versions of PP858 Part1 and Part2.  Changes are shown using redline/strikeout.  Per our discussion, minor rewording and editorial changes were accepted so that we can focus on the more significant changes and remaining open issues during the meeting.
The multiple tabs in the attached Excel file contain consolidated comments and initial comment dispositions, which have been shared with the commenters.  Comments identified as requiring further discussion (~20) are included as comment balloons in the draft documents themselves.
