Subject: AEEC IPS post-M21 - A858s1d0-02 and Action Items

Hi Paul,
Attached are the post-Meeting 21 draft versions (d0-02) of A858s1 Part 1 and Part 2. Per your request, significant redline changes will be maintained from version-to-version as we continue to update the document. To differentiate old-vs-new changes, the following legend is used:

  * redline = Changes that have been reviewed/discussed by the IPS participants
  * yellow-redline = Newest changes. Once reviewed/discussed, the yellow highlight will be removed.

These documents include the following yellow-redlines, which we can plan to review during the next telecon:

  * Part 1, Section 1.4.x - Language for "latest appliable version"
  * Part 1, Section 3.3.6.x - Text for action item P1-S01-08, which was reviewed and agreed to incorporate
  * Part 1, Section 4.4.1.3 - Replace RFC references with IPS Profiles reference, as discussed and agreed
  * Part 2, Section 1.4.x - Language for "latest appliable version"
  * Part 2, Section 4.2 - Removed proposed text, which was agreed to move to Part 1.

Also attached is the updated action item list. Note that there is a new "%Complete" tab so that we can track status easily.
On both the A858P1_s1 and A858P2_s1 tabs:

  * Column J ("Revised Due Date") indicates the next date when each action is expected to be discussed. Dates highlighted in GREEN are scheduled for the February telecon.
  * Column N includes notes from this week's meeting discussion with follow-up actions shown in RED text.

All of the files are posted on the AEEC IPS Teams site in appropriate channels.
Mike
