Attached is the latest draft version of PP858 Part 3 (d0-05), which participants are welcome to review prior to the AEEC IPS telecon on 27 July.  This file is posted on the AEEC IPS Teams site as well.
Since this is a project paper rather than a supplement, this draft version accepts the redlines from d0-04 and includes new redlines that address comments/feedback during the last meeting.
