Attached is the latest draft version of PP858 Part 3 (d1-03) with additional input for discussion during Meeting 26 in PHX. The redlines show the changes between the post-M25 version (d1-02) and this version.  This file is also posted on the AEEC IPS Teams site.
In general, this document is very clean, with only a few open items.

Per meeting discussion, recommendation to remove the "Datalink Context" option (BLUE-highlighted text). Removal agreed by COL, HON, THA, but providing one last opportunity for feedback before the option is removed - final decision during next meeting.
