[ISS] 718A Comments

All-
The five files which have comments for 718A have been place in a folder called "718A Comments" within the "ARINC 718A" folder in the "ARINC Traffic Surveillance" Team in Microsoft Teams.
It is my intention to consolidate all the comments into one document for ease of review.
I hope to have it completed this weekend and posted by Monday.
I will send out another email when that is completed.
