Please distribute to the AEEC Traffic Surveillance Subcommittee working on ARINC 768A.

I updated the ARINC 768A Action Item list and loaded it to the SAI Teams location (also attached).
The Draft and I/O List were unchanged during today's meeting, Teams, and your previous email still current.

Near Term Actions for 8/5 meeting update:

  *   Tom Jaeger: Provide update of progress in 7/7 Fiber Optic meeting
  *   Jean Baptiste: Discuss with Airbus on readiness to accept new Fiber Optic standard as network standard for A768A
  *   Garmin Software: Determine what data Garmin expects for TAWS that isn't in the new ARINC standard data in 813, 815, and 816
  *   Mohammed: Determine if there is interest in making the proposed SDI pin strapping to enable Network access for the A768A units a broader standard
  *   Jean-Baptiste: Determine if there is interest in making the proposed SDI pin strapping to enable Network access for the A768A units a broader standard
  *   Mohammed: Review proposed middle connector pinout for OEM considerations, suppliers see no issue with proposed pinout
  *   Jean-Baptiste: Review proposed middle connector pinout for OEM considerations, suppliers see no issue with proposed pinout
  *   Garmin: Update document with commentary that ethernet is required for cert test, debug, etc... but will bear the burden of security and threat path analysis at the unit and aircraft level
  *   Garmin: Update draft document to remove network connections between A768A units in system diagrams
