[ISS] AEEC Adopted 718A-5 and 735C

Hello All:

The AEEC ExCom adopted both:

  *   ARINC Characteristic 718A-5: Mark 4 Air Traffic Control Transponder (ATCRBS/MODE S)
  *   ARINC Characteristic 735C: Traffic Computer, ACAS-X and ADS-B Functionality
The process for what happens next is a letter (30-day letter) is sent to industry informing the intention to publish these document as international standards.  This letter was sent out this week.  The AEEC General Session had 5 Standards were adopted so each one must go through a review process before it can be published.

The project date of these two standards being aviaible on the ARINC Store are mid-July to August timeframe.
