·         The address of the facility is stated below; I attached a local road map for your convenience

·         You can park anywhere around the building including visitor parking or employee parking other than in designated reserved spots and "no parking" areas

·         There are two buildings connected with a covered walkway.  They are referred as "BAN1", at 2351 Alfred-Nobel and "BAN2" at 2341 Alfred-Nobel.

·         The meeting room is called "BAN 2 Auditorium"; the best way to get there is to park close to and enter at BAN2.  You can also park and enter the building at BAN1.

·         There are permanently posted signs inside the building to direct people to BAN1 or BAN2.

·         Once at the BAN 2 main entrance, you are steps away from the BAN2 auditorium.  Simply ask the coffee shop attendant to point you in the right direction

·         The security desk is the BAN1 entrance but you should not need security;  the BAN2 auditorium is in a public area; you will not need badges

·         There are publicly available rest rooms, coffee shop and cafeteria in the publicly accessible part of the building located in walkway that links BAN1 and BAN2.  The cafeteria can get quite busy between 11:45 and 12:30
