Dear Ku/Ka-Band Satellite Communications Experts,

The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel has just advised that only 5 have registered for the AEEC Ku/Ka-band Satcom Subcommittee meeting scheduled for January 15-17, 2019.
Please note that tomorrow (December 28th) is the cutoff date to guarantee the special group rate of $ 159.00 (see attached meeting announcement).
Please do your best to register as soon as possible as ARINC Industry Activities has guaranteed a number of rooms and will be penalized if the quota is not met.
