Dear Ku and Ka Band Satcom Experts,

This e mail transmittal serves as a reminder that the cutoff date for the blocked rooms is next Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
After October 9th, the Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis will not guarantee a room at the preferred rate ($119 + tax) for those attending the AEEC KSAT Subcommittee meeting.

Attached, please find the Subcommittee Meeting Announcement (SMA) with information on securing a room at the Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis.
