Dear Ku and Ka Band Experts,

We are close to producing a mature Supplement 3 draft to ARINC Characteristic 791 – Mark 1 Aviation Ku-Band and Ka-Band Satellite Communication System, Part 1, Physical Installation and Aircraft Interfaces.
The goal is to submit Supplement 3 to ARINC 791 for Adoption Consideration at the 2019 AEEC General Session (Apr 29 – May 2, 2019 in Prague, Czech Republic.

During the last meeting, it was determined to schedule February 20th WebEx conference to review the latest Tail Mounted Antenna (TMA) inputs, submitted by Jonathan Epstein (Astronics AeroSat). See WebEx invitation below.
