In preparation for the next AEEC Ku/Ka-band Satcom (KSAT) Subcommittee online conference (scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2020), Dr. Timo Warns, Airbus, has provided security updates to the ARINC Characteristic 791 Part 2 Strawman (Appendix A). This addresses KSAT Subcommittee action item 141.
