Hello All:

Some last minute items to note on the upcoming AMC & MMC Conference.

Registration

Online registration will close April 14th.  After April 14th, registration will reopen at the conference on April 28th.

Hotel

There are still rooms available through the AEEC | AMC & MMC reservation link (https://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/P/PRGHITW-AARIA-20190428/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG); however, the discounted conference rate no longer applies.

Tuesday Showcase

There are few remaining Tuesday Showcase slots.  If you are interested, complete the attached form and send it to Vanessa Mastros (Vanessa.Mastros at sae-itc.org<mailto:Vanessa.Mastros at sae-itc.org>). These slots will be closed out this week.

AEEC | AMC & MMC  Mobile App
If you have pre-registered, you should have received an invitation to load the mobile app and sign in as a confirmed user.  Although you will be able to load the app without confirming, not all features will be available until you confirm.

If you have not received the invitation and/or confirmation, you can load the app from the App Store (search for AEEC | AMC) and begin the confirmation process by signing in to the app. The app will walk you through the remaining steps. You will receive a code via email to complete the process.
