[NDB] XML Meeting in Phoenix Stakeholders

For those attending the XML meeting in Phoenix.

Here is the schedule.
7th 9am to 5pm
8th 8am to 4pm.
9th 8am to 4pm

Attached is:
a. a list of hotels and contact.
b. a map to the facility. You will part in the visitor parking in front of south court and enter that visitor lobby.
c. The foreign national form. This needs to be filled out and returned at least 1 week prior to the meeting.

Agenda
1.  Confirmation on use of the Schemas. Will we follow the current design standards?
2.  Validation status report.
4.  Who Desires a shared / open source code to create an API to the XML.
5.  High level technical design decisions.  Examples are (we can create a more comprehensive list if it would be helpful)
                a. versions of 424 to support and how to mix them
                b. # of significant digits on floating point numbers
                c. XML file size requirements
6.  Specific goals for detailed UML, XML review.  Examples are: (again we can create a better list if helpful)
                a. Which fields are required / optional - field-by-field review
                b. Modeling of continuation, extension, and flight planning data fields
