Attached is the Working Paper template and the meeting announcement for the upcoming NDB Subcommittee meeting in Gdansk, Poland.  The date of the NDB meeting is October 9-11, 2018.

Please submit your working Papers by 28 September 2018 and send me an email with that you will be attending the Subcommittee meeting.  I need to provide Olivia Business Center a list of attendees by 1 October.
