Thanks Sam!  Thanks for including the XML files as part of the proposal.  I was however hoping that the working paper 8 ZIP folder (attached here) could be sent out to the NDB members so they would have the actual digital files making it easier for them to review.  Do you think this could be emailed out to the group?
