Hi,

The folks CC’d asked specific questions to me.  So please look at the amendment attached.  If you can provide updated comments or tell me your comments stay the same, with enough time for me to address them (say at least 2 hours) before the meeting tomorrow I will try to get them in.

The goal is to not have existing airplanes lose access to navaids.  For example, a expanded low DME should get used as a low in a legacy system.  We don’t get the same benefit from the new range, but we don’t lose capability.
