Good morning Sam,

Garmin's FMS engineers have finished our review of the Lufthansa Working Papers 5 & 6 dealing with the FACF requirements on localizer-based approaches.  After our review, we now agree with Lufthansa that a change to the ARINC 424 specification is needed ASAP to better match the procedure's design.  With that in mind, we worked together with Lufthansa to submit an updated proposal which combines Working Paper 5 & 6 together included some changes from Garmin.

The Working Papers 5 & 6 were previously withdrawn but we would now like to submit this updated joint proposal with the hope that we can still get these changes in the ARINC 424-23 specification.
