[NDB] NDB Working Papers Part 1

Hello All:

This email is part one of two.  I will send two emails with the working papers for the upcoming NDB meeting next week.  In total, there will be 19 Working Papers.

Our host has advised me that the building where the NDB meeting is held does NOT have AC. Next week the forecast is showing mid to upper 80s (upper 20Cs). Boeing/Jeppesen usually allows colleagues to dress in shorts and more casual t-shirts in the summer months as a result. I have been advised the breeze is still cool at the moment, and with the windows open, it isn't that bad, but it can still get a bit warm in the building.

I will send out the agenda later this week.  Please note I will still accept working papers.
