[NIS] FW: Network Infrastructure and Security (NIS) Subcommittee Meeting

I hope this email finds each of you doing well.

This message has a two-fold purpose.  One, it is a reminder that the hotel cut-off for the Network Infrastructure and Security (NIS) Subcommittee in Portland is tomorrow.  And two, to advise that APIM for ARINC Project Paper 848: Secure Broadband IP Air-Ground Interface Standard was approved for work at the Mid-Term.  Consequently, the NIS Subcommittee will begin work with Project Paper 848 during the upcoming meeting.

Please make your hotel reservations before the cutoff and utilize the Teledyne Controls' group rate of $169.00 per night.  Shoulder dates are also available at this rate for 3 days before the meeting and 3 days after the meeting.  If you would like to take advantage of this offer or encounter hotel reservation issues, you will need to telephone the hotel directly or contact Dawniela Foster directly via email (dfoster at hotelmodera.com<mailto:dfoster at hotelmodera.com>).

Also, please do not forget to register with us to attend the meeting (http://www.aviation-ia.com/cf/mtg_register.cfm).  This is an important detail that allows us to plan for the number of attendees.
