following you will find some information how to come from the underground station to the Lufthansa Base:

From both underground stations, Lattenkamp and Alsterdorf, busses will leave at least every 10 minutes in direction LHT. The ride will take around 3 minutes.

  1.  Switch to English
  2.  Enter your start address (e.g. hotel address, bus/train station etc.)
  3.  Enter your destination address (--> Lufthansa Technik AG)
  4.  Switch to Arrival time
  5.  Enter the date and the desired arrival time
  6.  Start search

Usually hotels within the airport area have a complimentary shuttle service – but only to the airport, not necessarily to Lufthansa Base! There is a FOC shuttle to come from the Airport to Lufthansa Base. It leaves every 20 minutes. I attached the timetable of this shuttle to this email.

Hello OMGers:

Attached is the combined 662 inputs that I have received to date.  If you have completed your action items and not sent them to me, please send them to me for incorporation into the master, ARINC 662.  This will be reviewed at our meeting the end of November.

As you realized from the OMG meeting announcement, the meeting will be held at the Lufthansa Base.  The meeting room cost in downtown Hamburg were a bit too exorbitant for my limited budget. Thumbs up to Karsten and the Lufthansa team for making this possible.

As many of you know, Lufthansa Base in Hamburg is within the safety area of the airport. As a result from that Karsten will need a list of OMG attendees. To speed up the check-in process this list should include the following:
·       First and last name
·       Date of birth,
·       Nationality,
·       Company name,
·       Email address,
·       Passport number and issue date of the passport.

Please send Karsten and myself the security information, by 20 November 2017.

If you are staying downtown and traveling to Lufthansa base, the closest train stations are Lattenkamp and Alsterdorf - both on the underground line U1.

Karsten will be sending me transfer information from the train station to the Lufthansa base in near future.  If you are stay out by the airport, most of the hotel shuttles have shuttles.   You will have to coordinate this with the hotel as to pick up and drop off times.
