I am pleased to circulated this strawman document for ARINC Project Paper 7xx, Aeronautical Mobile Airport Communication System (AeroMACS) Transceiver and Aircraft Installation Standards. The document will be reviewed June 17 at the Lufthansa Conference Center in Frankfurt, Germany.
