Dear FMS specialist:

Please note that the upcoming FMS Subcommittee in-person meeting will soon be announced to take place on March 29-31 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The purpose of the meeting is to review inputs to Supplement 5 to ARINC Characteristic 702A. Dates and location have been updated since our last web conference.

GE Aviation has generously offered to host the meeting. The formal notice from ARINC will be circulated later this month.

Paul,

GE can host the meeting in Grand Rapids on March 29 - 31.  I reserved the conference rooms today.  This will allow Randy Walter to attend the entire time and will also work better for Sam Miller based on a recent discussion.

Please recommend the next step(s) in terms of finalizing the change of date and venue and notification of the rest of the group.  I can provide some directions to the facility and some recommendations on hotels and what not.  Let me know if you want those in advance of sending out the change notice.
