Paul,

Thanks for the help on establishing the call yesterday. I understand this was not easy for you while traveling.
At the end when you already had left the call some participants reminded me not having received the last version of my draft.
Possibly you can still distribute the attached version with the full distribution list for the project.
Also please ask for comments and inputs.
Please do this with the remainder to everyone that we plan to finish the phase 1 report in Florida and inputs should not be hold back but send immediately so I can prepare best for January in Florida.
