[SAI] EUROCAE ELT-DT update for distribution to GAT team

Hello All,

   The agenda for this Wednesday's WebEx will include two new issues:


  1.  Updates to the ELT-DT spec with Philippe Plantin De Hugues (BEA) giving us an overview of the EUROCAE rationale/intent with their spec.
  2.  A GAT team discussion of the draft 10054 document we received last week.   We will work with the ICAO GADSS-AG to determine a good time/forum for providing our feedback on this.   This could be late next week or possibly during the London meeting.   We will see what the ICAO GADSS-AG schedule and needs are for this and schedule accordingly.

Please review both documents attached above for the Wednesday call, but do not distribute.  We look forward to hearing you on the call.
