   If you are planning to attend the McMurdo Emergency Readiness and Response Experience Center (Cospas-Sarsat) tour next Friday, please be sure to submit the required information to Christian Belleux at: christian.belleux at orolia.com<mailto:christian.belleux at orolia.com>.  In particular, if you are a non-US national, you must provide a copy of your passport, name, date of birth, passport number, passport issuing country, and citizenship ASAP (see below).  The final deadline is November 29th and we want to ensure everyone who registered is allowed to participate.  We look forward to seeing you all there.

Continuing receiving registration today, I would like to close before before Nov. 29th  the registration for the visit to the McMurdo Emergency Readiness and Response Experience Center (call MERREC in the emails) located at our Lanham facility. I have so far 20 people registered.

In particular to ensure that all non-US nationals are registered to allow the security to provide the access to the facility for everyone as we have now the request to provide passport details for non-US citizenship. I have some information already, so if you have provided your passport details please ignore the request.
