Dear all,

The Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) 2020-03 proposing means of compliance for locating an aircraft in distress was published today.

The public consultation on this NPA will expire on 17 April. Please note that for comments on this NPA to be addressed, they should be submitted using EASA comments response tool (CRT).
