Hi Paul,

Apparently I do not have the permissions needed to be able to upload a document to the share site.

Here is the copy that we worked on today. I have accepted the trivial changes, but kept most proposed changes with tracking on. Up to you whether to share it as a Word doc or a pdf, but I’m thinking that as long as I keep the master doc, it might be easier for folks to add content in a Word copy. Then I can grab that content and insert it into the master, as appropriate.

How do most groups do it? I am happy with whatever the normal process might be.
