Hello Timely Recovery of Flight Data Participants,

On yesterday's teleconference, we discussed the following:

* Reviewed Bill Waggoner's concern raised regarding ARINC 717 candidate architecture figure appearing similar to a Honeywell patent application. The group concurred with the figure as written in the project paper. This candidate architecture is one possible architecture and not considered an endorsement of any specific architecture. It is known that several companies have IP related to TRFD, and the project paper does not discuss (and thus does not endorse) any specific IP.

* Section 5 we continued review of Greg Smith's previous input. The following subsections remain with the following contributors to provide a brief summary for consideration at our next teleconference:
o Off aircraft storage - Charles Cates
o Location of end of flight - Claude Pichavant
o Data recovery - Lisa Bee
o ADFR architecture - Hannes Griebel

Please keep in mind that Boeing is organizing regular WebEx conferences on a preplanned schedule. We look forward to speaking with you all again on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

Best Regards,
                         Peter
