[TPS] TPS meeting in Jan 2020

TPSers:

The meeting room for the upcoming TPS meeting has been finalized.  The meeting will be held in Hanger 14, meeting room 10115.  Attached to this email is a google map depicting taking bus 180 and the time, direction to the meeting once you have passed through KLM gate, and a request form that needs to be sent to Zafar.

I will be at the airport bus stop shortly before 0800 if you want to meet and follow me.

Please be advised there is a cost to take the bus ( I believe a round trip is 5 Euros).  The bus no longer accepts cash so you will need a credit card or OV card.  For those who want to buy an anonymous OV card, the card costs €7.50 and for train rides, you need a minimum of €20 on it. The excess can be requested and returned to your credit card or bank pass, depending on how you originally paid for the card. The meeting will be at the KLM facilities in Hanger 14, meeting room 10115, on the first floor

·        Take the circling line bus Number 180 and exit at Schiphol East (Knooppunt Oost).

·        Walk to the Main gate (Approx. 200 m). It is more walking, but you will not have to change buses.

·        Obtain your visitor pass (do not forget your passport for identification).

·        Walk to H14 (Component Services), another 300 m.

·        Enter doors near the bus stop at H14 (white building with stairs in front of the main building) and go up to the yellow sky bridge.

·        Follow the corridor to the left all the way to the elevators. Take the door on the left and follow the diagram.
