[XPDR] ARINC 718A-5 8 vs. 7 pins for Aircraft Type

Please find attached the ARINC 718A-5 presentation that was made on 10 December regarding the pins required for Aircraft Type programming.
Please review it prior to the next Traffic Surveillance meeting February 12 and please give your recommendations, if any, at that time.
