[XPDR] Review of 718A Comments from Dynamic Aerospace

Hello All:

Stephen Darr, Dynamic Aerospace, has submitted comments to Draft 2 of Supplement 5 to ARINC Characteristic 718A: Mark 4 Air Traffic Control Transponder (ATCRBS/MODE S).

I have placed on ARINC Traffic Surveillance Subcommittee Teams page, under subfolder 718A, the file that contains comments.  The file is labeled 718A Supp 5 FOR REVIEW 3-4 2022 (SDarr)spb.

I have reviewed the file and accepted the editorial comments.  Please review the draft in preparation of the meeting.
