[Air_Ground] Internet Protocol Suite (IPS) for Aeronautical Safety Systems

Dear Data Comm Specialist:

ARINC is preparing an industry roadmap for introducing the Internet Protocol Suite (IPS) into aeronautical safety services. Your input to this roadmap is very important.

The roadmap, ARINC Project Paper 658, will include a spreadsheet identifying specific deliverables, the schedule, responsible parties, etc.

Mike Olive, Honeywell, is leading this effort. Please refer to Mike's note below.

Paul,
Thanks for agreeing to circulate the Gap Analysis spreadsheet.  I'd like to recommend the following requests for feedback:
*         Additions/changes to Work Areas and Sub-work Areas
*         Additions/changes to the information that is being captured for IPS-related work-in-progress and gaps
*         Inputs to the spreadsheet regarding in-progress/planned IPS-related activities
*         Highlight cells and/or used RED text to show where there are additions/changes

I plan to have another cut of the spreadsheet available during  the telecon on 21 Sep, so I'd like to suggest that we ask for feedback by Friday, 16 Sep.
Please feel free to include my e-mail address, and I will consolidate the comments and inputs.

For Section 2, I will have an updated version to you by the end of this week (as agreed).
