[AT-ASB] Updated AT-ASB Draft

Hello All:

Attached is the updated draft with all Collins, Lufthansa, Thales, and my edits I made during the virtual meeting.

Please review the draft.  So that I can track all the inputs, please accept all the changes in the draft and make your edits in track changes.  I will then incorporate them into my master and send them around.

If you please, send me all your edits and inputs by 7 April so I can incorporated them and send it out to all the group.
