Greetings,

The AEEC Cabin System Subcommittee (CSS) will meet next week in Versailles, France. Our host, Souriau, has passed along some information to assist with your travel and meeting plans.

Regrettably, Hughes Simon cannot attend due to another engagement. Mark Smith from the Souriau team and Morgann from the BU will be attending the whole session on his behalf.

Thursday afternoon will be concluded with a tour of the castle and the gardens in Segway. A roster of attendees will be circulated on Tuesday morning to secure the number of people and book the right number of Segway.

Also be aware there is a train strike going on at the moment so you may have to get on the shuttle bus from CDG to Montparnasse and get a taxi or a Uber from there to your hotel in Versailles. You may want to pass this information to the committee members.
If there is anything you might need from me (SLS), please let me know.
Thx,
Smitty
Best regards,
