Hello All,

   Attached please find an updated draft of Supplement 4 to ARINC Specification 828: Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Standard Interface.  If you have comments or concerns, please let me know by next Friday, July 24th.  Thereafter, a final version will be circulated to the aviation community for the required 30 days prior to presentation for adoption.
