Hello All,                                                                                                          February 24, 2016

The Joint AEEC/IATA EFB Users Forum XII will be held May 24-26, 2016 in Munich, Germany. As in the past, this Forum will be held over a three-day period. The traditional Main EXPO will run on the day preceding the Forum, May 24th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Ballsaal Ballroom C and adjoining Foyer. A stand-up buffet will be included from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

An additional exhibit opportunity will be possible in this same location, the next day, May 25th. Should you decide to exhibit on the additional day, your location and booth size will be the same as during the previous day's Main EXPO. Participation in this Supplemental EXPO is optional. Please note that participation in the main EXPO event on Tuesday, May 24th is required if you wish to exhibit in the Supplemental EXPO on Wednesday May 25th. The Supplemental EXPO will be open only during coffee breaks and lunch.

In Munich, we will again offer the Smartphone App launched in Dubai. This will show the agenda, attendees, speakers and their bios, participating EXPO suppliers, and more. The App will also present layouts for the Main and Supplemental EXPOs. We will construct a link to your website, an announcement, or other desired URL from your logo. Logos in the App (on the EXPO layout pages) will signify a live underlying link. Your listing in the App and logo link to your website is included in the exhibit fee.

EXPO Reservations:

If you are planning to participate in the EXPO please complete the reservation form, and return to Lori Hess at: lorine.hess at sae-itc.org<mailto:lorine.hess at sae-itc.org>. Please include your desired location, along with a second and third choice, your logo, and desired linked URL. Locations will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Fees will include the tables, chairs, draping, power, and the Smartphone App exhibitor listing and link to your website.

Preregistration:

Please note that reserving an EXPO booth for your company does not register you as an individual. All individuals participating in either the EXPO, the Users Forum, or both will need to register on the ARINC website to obtain a badge and guarantee seating. The attendance fee is $600 per person, irrespective of whether or not your company participates in the EXPO. ARINC Members, Corporate Sponsors, and Invited Speakers are exempt from attendance fees. Pre-registration will close on Friday, May 13th. All participants who have not pre-registered by that date will be required to register on site.

Internet:

If you are staying at the Hilton Munich Park, in-room internet is complimentary for HiltonHonors club members. Conference room internet is available for an additional charge.

Sponsorships:

If you wish to enhance your company's visibility beyond the EXPO, sponsorships are available. These include lanyards, welcome bags, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks on Wednesday May 25th and Thursday May 26th. Should you elect to sponsor a coffee break, your company will be named in meeting presentations and reports, your company name and logo will be projected during the break and highlighted in the Smartphone App, and takeaways may be distributed. You will also have the opportunity to convey a short message (four or five sentences) to the captive audience via the active session leader or with a pre-recorded video clip. Unlike the presentations which must remain neutral and unbiased, these messages are the perfect opportunity to promote your company's products and services, along with new developments, partnerships, and clients. As the Supplemental EXPO will be open during the Wednesday breaks, you can also direct interested parties to your exhibit station as a part of your message.
